8x8 pattern paper design team diy holiday collection made by taylor papercakes design team papercrafting phone holder diy snow day snow day collection tutorial

Hey guys!!! My name is Taylor and I am sooooooo happy the holidays are finally over! I feel like I haven't relaxed or been truly inspired since October. I was really excited to do this quick little DIY project because it got me back into the crafty mood and I finally feel creativity returning to my life. This little project is soooooo easy and I love it because it recycles!

I wrapped the toilet paper roll in some cute scrapbooking paper from Paper Cakes Snow Day Collection. I love that I can print off multiples of the designs I love and I don't feel the need to hoard any.

I cut a rectangle along to top large enough to slide my phone into. I have an iPhone SE so I cut a 3/8"x2 3/8" opening.

Next, I decorated around the edges with some washi tapes.

Lastly, I added four push pins into the bottom to act as legs. This helps to keep the phone stand upright.

If you're a visual learner, or want to see this project in more detail check out this YouTube video I made:

DONE! Easy, right? Adorable, right?! Thank you guys for getting crafty with me today! Check out my Instagram and YouTube for more crafty-ness.
