Hi Ghoulies! Welcome to episode #2 in my Halloween Craft Series for 2017! For today's tutorial I created 4 adorable mini bag flips or as some may call it loaded envelopes. I used my New October Nights Papers for 3 bags as well as some Jeepers Creepers Elements to decorate.
