Shipping policy

Customs, duties, and import fees:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and carrier clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may also cause delivery delays beyond our control.

U.S. orders: customs fees and refused deliveries:

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and carrier clearance fees. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are not included in your purchase or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility.

If you refuse delivery or decline to pay these charges and your parcel is returned to us, any eligible refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. To the extent permitted by applicable law, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping, customs, or carrier fees charged to us because of the refusal will be deducted from the refund.

If the parcel is abandoned or destroyed rather than returned to us, a refund may not be available. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Returned items must arrive unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund, subject to applicable law. Once we receive and inspect the returned order, we’ll notify you of its refund eligibility and any deductions for original shipping or return-related fees charged to us.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please contact us before arranging a return, as refusing delivery does not guarantee that the parcel will reach us.
