Lollipop Shakers By Amador

Today I get to use my favorite product of the many beautiful product from the Papercakes collections! May most favorite thing from all of the collections is the Heart Lollipop from the Hey Sucker journaling card from the Love Bites collection. With so many beautiful collections and gorgeous elements to each one it was hard to chose just one. But every time I see this heart sucker I get all giddy. The Love Bites element sheet has two heart lollipops and I also used the one from the journaling card. You can watch the entire process below!

I had a wild idea to make a shaker but not just the same old shaker with a journaling card. I wanted to make a shaker but with a full lollipop wrapper and all! The 3”x3” shaker is encasing the heart from the lollipop. Not only did I want to use sequins for the shaker but I also used all of the single hearts from the elements page to shake around inside.

I started by using the Print and Cut feature on my Silhouette Cameo that will let me use the elements in any size since the files are PNG files. I sized the individual hearts smaller than in the file and the heart lollipops much larger to fit the 3”x4” scrapbook pockets.

Once everything has been printed and cut I placed everything in the card pocket along with a sequin mix that I made from my stash for the shaker.

Once everything had been placed inside the pocket I sealed each shaker with my We R Memory Keepers Fuse tool. They turned out even more fun to shake than I thought. Please check out the Papercakes store for all of the amazing collections.
Thanks for stopping by!
