Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: Please allow 2-4 business to process & ship your order. There is no post on the weekends.
Q: What if I want a tracking number for my order?
A: All orders are shipped at the basic REGULAR AIR shipping rate to save on cost. However, if you want a tracking number and are willing to pay extra shipping fees please contact me in advance before placing an order. I will get a shipping quote for you and then proceed to create a custom listing for your order.
Q: Why does the currency change to Canadian dollars at checkout? Will I be charged my currency price?
A: My shop is based in Canada so the prices are defaulted as Canadian. For an accurate currency quote, please choose your currency option at the top right hand corner available on each shop page. Currencies available are: CAD, USD, British pound sterling, Euro, and Australian dollars. Yes, even though the currency defaults to CAD during checkout, you will pay the amount in your currency at all times! So don't be alarmed at the price change at checkout!
Q: Are your paper collections only available in digital format?
A: Yes, my collections are only digital at this time but it's wonderful because you can print them instantly! All the files will be made available to you immediately after your purchase is approved. You will also be sent the files to your email address provided. Then you have these files FOREVER! You can print as many copies and many times as you want!! And all of my collections are designed with awesome patterns that can be used all year round and for any occasion! All digital products are compressed into a .zip file which makes it easier if you need to outsource your printing at a local print shop or office supply store.
